The 'Service' refers to the website, courses, and content provided by FinSteady Learning Inc. ('FinSteady', 'we', 'us'). The 'User' ('you') refers to any individual or entity who creates an account and uses the Service.

By creating an account and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
3. Description of Services
FinSteady provides users with access to educational content, tools, and community forums related to personal finance. We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Features and pricing are subject to change.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
For paid plans, you agree to pay the subscription fees as specified. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices, but we will provide you with advance notice.

All content provided on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of FinSteady Learning Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express permission.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
